The University employs staff for a range of duties to ensure the smooth operation of the Library. This includes Librarians, Archivists, Library Assistants, IT and Administrative staff. All staff vacancies are advertised on the Jobs@UNSW Website.

The Library also employs staff on a casual basis to undertake seasonal, basic duties. It is Library policy to advertise these positions initially on the Careers Website.
