Services for Off-campus Users

Eligibility

Off-campus Staff
Off-campus staff are those whose work is undertaken totally, or substantially, beyond the Kensington or COFA campuses. ADFA staff are served by ADFA Library.

Off-Campus Students
An off-campus student is a student whose enrolled program requires either no on-campus attendance at the Kensington or Paddington campuses or has only very limited on-campus attendance requirements such as short orientation or progress review sessions. ADFA staff/students are served by the ADFA Library and AGSM staff/students are served by the AGSM Library.
These groups of students include:

  • Undergraduate and postgraduate students formally enrolled in programs which are officially defined as external but may also be described in text as alternative mode, multiple mode, flexible delivery mode.
  • Undergraduate students formally enrolled in programs normally considered on campus courses but who have a significant off-campus component or a remote placement which may be extensive. The status of off-campus student applies only during the off campus period.
  • Research postgraduates (Masters and PhD) who are formally enrolled as external students.
  • Students with special circumstances
